You have 30 days from your date of purchase to obtain a refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that you do wish to make a return, simply contact our customer care department via email at email@example.com. Please explain the reason for your request and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Place the item back in the box and afix the return label. Please remember to cover up the old tracking barcode. Aso, remeber to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference. It's that easy!
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please be pacient as sometimes this can take some time.
